ring, but even before winning comes dogs with temperaments to make

The Parson Russell Terrier originates from the
mid 19th century.
They are bred to go to ground and bolt the fox
so that
the hunt could continue.
The Parson Russell is a working dog of very
high intelligence, incredible athleticism and has a tireless work ethic.
They are amazing dogs full of personality and enthusiasm.
Compact, agile and athletic,
everything about the
Parson Russell Terrier is geared toward work.
It is a
medium boned balanced terrier standing
at 12-15" tall at the withers with a
small, flexible chest.
The breed boasts three coats:
smooth, broken, and
rough, all which
are hard, flat and weatherproof.
The Parson is bold,
courageous, tenacious, determined
and ever alert without being quarrelsome.
