Meet Laurie Ceccarelli
Laurie Ceccarelli has been working and training dogs, along with being involved in competitions since 1990. During that time, she has trained several different breeds and competed in National events across the United States and Canada. Laurie trained and titled one of the only Schutzhund3 Labrador Retrievers in the world. This dog placed HIGH IN TRIAL and HIGH IN OBEDIENCE AND PROTECTION on several different occasions.

Laurie believes in using both positive and negative reinforcements in her training programs.
Her techniques have helped many dog owners achieve their goals,
as she designs her programs based on the individual dog's temperaments and needs.

Laurie is the training director of the Southern Idaho Working Dog Association
and actively competes in Schutzhund trials and conformation shows both locally and nationwide.

Group obedience classes as well as private

lessons are offered at our facility.

Puppy Kindergarten
A great beginning for you and your new puppy. Studies have shown that exposing your young puppy to as many positive experiences as possible is beneficial in establishing good socialization skills and a stable temperament. During this four week course, your puppy will have a chance to interact and learn simple obedience with other young puppies. You will learn the basics of establishing good communication skills with your puppy by understanding how it learns, thinks and develops. The trainer will also help you learn how to avoid common behavior problems and answer your questions regarding housebreaking, nutrition, teething and grooming. The class is available to all puppies up to 6 months old*.
The cost of this class is: $100.00
*puppies must have proof of a minimum of first two puppy vaccinations.

Basic Obedience
During this six week course, you and your dog will learn basic commands such as sit, down, stay, heel and come when called. Behavior problems are discussed in detail to help you avoid future problems. This course is available to dogs four months of age and older. Our classes ensure that you and your dog will have a fun learning experience.
The cost for this class is: $125.00

Advanced Obedience
Take the next step with your dog by enrolling in our advanced course. This four week course will help you to protect your handling skills taught in basic obedience. More formal commands are introduced as well as off leash work under distraction. This course will help you to perfect your handling skills and, should you desire, get you and your dog ready for AKC Obedience trials or Canine Good Citizen Test.
Cost for this class is: $125.00

*Must have completed the Basic Obedience course.

For those of you who would prefer one on one training,
we offer private, individualized training.

For your dog's and my dog's safety, all dogs must be up to date and have
proof of their yearly vaccinations prior to the first class.
A flat collar, six foot lead, and training bag with treats are required.
